Governor Sanford Names Rick Harris, Chairman
of CMA Board
Friday, July 18, 2008
Rick Harris has been appointed chairman of the nine member board of the South Carolina Commission for Minority Affairs (CMA). Harris was selected by Governor Mark Sanford to fill the 4th Congressional District seat on the Board representing Greenville, Spartanburg and Union counties. Harris runs RL Enterprise and Associates, LLC, an executive search firm. He replaces Rich Hagins, who took a seat on the State Ports Authority Board.
The next meeting of the CMA Board will be held on Monday, August 4, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in Charleston, South Carolina. The meeting will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel (Cooper Room) in North Charleston, which adjoins the North Charleston Convention Center.
