Laurens, SC - Sun Paper Company, a family-owned company headquartered in Medley, Florida, has selected Owings Industrial Park as the site to construct its new manufacturing facility which will hire between 35-40 employees over the next five years.
Established in 1990, Sun Paper produces consumer paper products such as bathroom tissue, facial tissue, paper towels, and napkins as well as napkins and towels for the foodservice and institutional markets.
According to Sun Paper’s Executive Vice President, Joe Salgado, “Our company philosophy is to achieve growth by manufacturing high quality store-brand products comparable to the national brands while providing the highest levels of service and integrity.
