(Columbia, SC) Forestry Commission agents have now charged suspected woods arsonist Christopher Lee Hartley with six counts of willfull and malicious burning.
Hartley was arrested last night after an agent on stakeout saw him start a fire on Camp MacBoykin Road on Manchester State Forest.
A bond hearing for Hartley is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. at the Sumter-Lee Regional Detention Center in Sumter.
