- The South Carolina Education Lottery (SCEL) has become the first Lottery verified on the Technical Standard established by the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries (NASPL) for Extensible Markup Language (XML) Retail Accounting Reports. Verification was obtained on May 6 and will be valid until May 6, 2010.
