COLUMBIA - The eight temporary swimming advisory signs on the Congaree, Saluda and Broad rivers posted last Wednesday as a result of heavy rains causing potential spills of partially treated wastewater were removed today as wastewater discharges were within normal ranges, the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control reported today.
