COLUMBIA, SC – July 4th Beef Burger – What better way to celebrate July 4th with family and friends than grilling beef burgers with various South Carolina grown products (corn-on-the-cob, tomatoes, watermelons and, of course, peach ice cream).

James Sease, Chairman of the SC Beef Board and a beef producer from Ehrhardt, encourages consumers to plan to grill on this long holiday week and especially grill with various beef products.
