11/5/2025 - The Governor orders that the flags atop the State Capitol be lowered to half-staff until the date of the interment of Vice President Cheney, in tribute to his lifetime of distinguished and patriotic service to the United States of America. The Governor requests that the flags over state buildings and buildings of the political subdivisions of this State similarly be flown at half-staff for this purpose.
