Department of Children's Advocacy
The South Carolina Department of Children's Advocacy (SCDCA) is an independent state agency dedicated to ensuring children receive adequate protection and care through services or programs offered by a number of departments within state government. SCDCA includes Continuum of Care (COC), the Foster Care Review Division (FCRD), the Guardian ad Litem Program (GAL) and the South Carolina Heart Gallery (SCHG).
